Dual Core optimizer installed. Safe to uninstall?
When I go to control pannel to delete some programs i see something called "Dual core optimizer" by AMD, I am not sure if it is safe to uninstall it. Do you guys think it is safe to delete this program?

Yes, it was only useful on Windows XP. No longer needed on more modern Windows versions.

it will be a issue depending on the CPU used....this is a OLD program made for Phenom CPUs from 2009 to 2014......if you have a old AMD cpu in the system its still needed regardless of OS used as its for the CPU to use the OS regardless of version.....my mom's old system that was my gaming rig in 2009 still has this program even in windows 10......
i'm just doing my tasks
