help, I can't go online in steam, but I can surf the internet...
it just goes constantly online, offline, online, offline......., and I can't login to my account, I can't play. Pls help....

try
re-boot router
in cmd.exe runned as Administrator:
ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset >c:/wsrlog.txt
reboot pc

I don't get that part with the netsh winsock....

it still says "unable to connect to steam servers"...
