I have been having this problem to and i have not seen or found a fix
rip man, I was looking forward to playing remastered, it works on regular game but not on special edition
cool, wtf thats no help
Edit: http://steamcommunity.com/app/489830/discussions/0/312265589447306642/ I found this solution. I don't know if it will work for everyone but it's worth a shot!
I dont know if it's too late but i just turned my antialiasing off(best performance). Hope it can still be useful.
Nvidia optimal DSR screen resolution change it to 3840*2160. ( old game setting i use was 1980*1080 ) this is why it made a screen with offscreen mousetrail.
Actual its nothing new, DSR from nvida has done/turn on highend resolution before with game and older GPU that cant handle it.
ps.
Dont forget Bethesda has own Resolution in the launcher also, if you dont want to keep old screen resolutions anymore.
