How do a Line down in Steam Chat WIndow?

I want send something to a friend and wish to start below my nickname for see it directly if you understand like:

V= V0lcanF1re:
Hey

and nope-
X= V0lcanF1re: Hey

I want send another thing, not "hey" or something and I need a free Lines not be cut by my name.

Is a way to put Line down in Steam Chat before write and send message?

Hold CTRL and push Backspace.

I did-> Hold CTRL and push on Enter is make Line down but when write is keep near the nickname somehow :\

Backspace is the "Delete" button mate?

Backspace is typically the button above Enter/Return while delete is to the right. Backspace removes the character to the left of the cursor, delete removes the character to the right of the cursor.

worked as:
Write something short before what I want to show, Hold CTRL press simple "Enter" button, Line down and free to go.
