COMO PUEDO BAJAR LA TEMPERATURA DE MI PROCESADOR, JUGANDO LLEGA A 72 Y PASA HASTA 75, SOY DE ARGENTINA Y PIENSO QUE ES POR EL CALOR DEL VERANO

72C to 75C?

If so, you're fine there nothing to worry, I assume you're using stock fan, if you start hitting over 95C is a problem. Can you explain what you're expecting from your system? What GPU do you have?

i have a gtx 1660 super, its fine a temperature beetwen 72 and 75?

Yes it's perfectly fine. Like I said if your I3 9100F start hitting 95C or higher then it's a problem, if you're below it you're fine. You're way below the 95C so you're fine.
