Free Games that add +1 Game to the Steam Library

I am looking for free Games that add +1 Game to my Steam Library I need 15 more Games for the next Badge.

some free games even give cards, for free, without buying anything.

only if they're on a 100% off sale. a free game you need to spend $9 per eligible card drop via dlc/microtransactions/etc.
