Can't see a specific shared game?
My friend recently downloaded Steam for the first time, and I shared my library with him so he has something to play. However, one of the games he wanted to play (Rainbow Six Siege) is not appearing on his library, only mine. The Test Server one appears, though. I did not acquire this game through a third party, it was gifted to me from another friend. The other games I have been gifted are visible and downloadable for him, it appears that it is just Rainbow Six Siege exclusively. What is going on?

Thats because Rainbow Six Siege is a Ubisoft game and needs UPLAY.
Games that need a third party client on top of Steam to run ( Rockstar Social Club, Uplay, Origin and so on) are excluded from the Family Share service.

Some games cannot be shared, because of other third-party client requirements as mentioned above.

Can all Steam games be shared with friends and family?
''No, due to technical limitations, some Steam games may be unavailable for sharing. For example, titles that require an additional third-party key, account, or subscription in order to play cannot be shared between accounts''

In addition to that, Family sharing is opt in for publishers, so even if there isn't a 3rd party client, the game may still not be shareable.

Ah, that's a good tip, thanks!

Example, Among Us can't be shared since the devs removed it from sharing.
