credit card verification

So steam want me to verify my credit card so i can use the community market. However there transaction is only ever in a pending state and my online banking doesn't show me individual pending payments only the total of what is going to leave my account in the next couple days. so how do i actually verify my credit card without being able to see the two individual transactions?

Contact your bank and ask them for the original 2 verification taps before they combined them. I hate junk banks that do that. They know it is wrong but still do it.
