I have to buy games I already bought again.
I bought some games on my account in 2015-2016 that I wanted to play again, but when I was trying to find them they weren't in my library. I looked them up on the store and I have to purchase them again to play. The games that are/were missing are terraria(I bought again) youtubers life(missing), and rocket league(missing). If you have any tips or information please reply.

This will teach you more about your Steam library.

If you have more than one account, then you need to firgur that out yourself which account you had it under. Otherwise you're free to submit a ticket, but they just tell you same things I told you, and showed you.

A) You're on the wrong account.

B) You either filter them out, set them as hidden, or had them removed under help section.

C) You refunded them, and forgot.

D) You only played them during the free weekend, and you thought you bought them.

E) You were family sharing with someone to get access to those games.

You're on the wrong account. about 99.9% of the folks who think they 'have to rebuy' are simply not on the right account. Check that account's purchase history. Then, go into your emails - any of them that was used to start a steam account. Chances are very, very high that you are just on a similarly named but incorrect account.
