Refund of "BETA" version

I have buyed the game "Swords of Legends Online" that isnt available yet. Only the BETA 2 is online until june 8 I think. I played 9 hours of the BETA, didnt like the game at all.

I want to refund it. The game is not released, so this is a PREORDER. BETA ACCESS is only a gift for those who buyed the complete game. I NEVER HAVE PLAYED the full game, because even the BETA isnt the full game. Its fully incomplete.

Steam always rejects my refund solicitations.

9 hours is more than 2 hours, so it falls completely outside the automatic system.

Instead, use a MANUAL REFUND request: go to the Support page and find that game, and then find the option that reads something like "I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS" and carefully explain the situation. Hopefully with it not being released yet, your request might be met, but if it's far outside when you first bought into it (2 weeks max) AND is also 9 hours played, your chances of a refund are very low.

I asked for refund on the day I have buyed it. Its a BETA/Test version. Its no released, its not complete. So they have do refund it. Its 9 hours of "Swords of Legends BETA", not "Swords of Legends Online" which appears as "Not Played" on my steam library.

I'll try the manual refund. ty

No, they're not. They are a TEST server. With incomplete game features and a lot of bugs. Not the product I have buyed, as its never been released.

you pre-ordered and used the Beta feature it gave you, so of course you paid for it.. wtf

Also go cry to the devs then because they could easily create a seperate Test Build on Steam

You knew what you were purchasing as it literally states it in the store page:

PRE-ORDER BONUSES

When you pre-order Swords of Legends Online you gain guaranteed access to the closed beta, an exclusive title, a housing item and a mask. You also get early access to create your character and secure your hero’s name.

You had early access to the title (closed beta) before it's planned release in Summer 2021 and got what you paid for.

More importantly you bought it and played for 9 hours a game "you didn't like the game at all" which is so contradictory.

"If you buy X, you get Y thrown in" means Y is not a gift, it's a part of the purchase. Y would've been a gift if the rhetoric went "Hey, here's some Y, no strings attached".

Luckly Steam Support thinks different from you and have now refund me.

As I said, its a BETA, a incomplete version of the game. Without a lot of systems, maps, translations and a LOT of bugs. Not the final product. I guess YOU dont know how MMORPGs beta works.

Yes, I have played it for 9 Hours, on the first day of the BETA. My version didnt come with any items. The game is incomplete. Tried to find something good on it, but its just a poor version of Justice Online, another chinese MMORPG. A incomplete version. And the price is LOWER now than it was when I have buyed it.
