CS:GO SDK / reached Prime by getting to level 21

Well... I've seen several threads about this but I haven't found a solution to my problem yet.

As you know, CS:GO is free since 2018 and to get access to the SDK, you have to buy the Prime on the Steam Market. Otherwise, if you reach level 21 on CS:GO, you will get the Prime (before the June 4 update), but you are still supposed to be able to buy it on the Steam Market.

So I bought CS:GO when it was Free to Play and got the Prime status by reaching level 21.
But now, I can't buy the Prime on the Steam Market...
When I add the Prime to my cart, I can only buy it as a gift*... maybe because I live in France?

If you obtained Prime free or paid before the update, you have Prime.

I already have the Prime (got it by reaching level 21) but not the SDK. And to get the CS:GO SDK, you have to BUY the Prime (I believe)

You can't buy what you already have is the issue. You were never allowed to have the SDK by ranking up to level 21.

so the only way for me to try the mapping is to create a new Steam account. sadness
