Any way to check list of removed games/licenses
Ex you can go on the steam support site, select any game/product and "Permanently remove from your account." You can restore any "permanently removed" games any time at the support website, but there isn't any way to check what is "permanently removed." - so is there any way to check?

You can see the list of all your games, even removed ones if you look through the list of games when you go through the process of enabling Family View...

Nope, if you did not write them down when you removed them you are out of luck.

There is ONE workaround that can help though, go into your client settings under FAMILY and choose to set up FAMILY VIEW.
There select " only the games i choose".

Steam then will show you a list of your games, including the ones you refunded or removed from your account.
Just compare that list with your library to find the removed titles.

There are two downsides to it though, first, its a lot of work, especially if you have a large library of games and second, some games for whatever reason do not appear in the Family View list.
So while this can help to get most games back you removed there is no guarantee that its all.

You can also see all games from your account details/purchase history. Not exactly what you're looking for, but it's an alternative to looking through the family view.

Hey, slightish update but it turns out you can make an account data support request asking for a list of "permanently removed games," and they'll send you the list. Unfortunately the list they send also includes free-to-play licenses that you may have removed from the license menu, but it's better than nothing

Do you mind explaining how to do that? Thank you!

Go to the help website > My Account > Data Related to your Steam Account > Contact Steam Support (scroll to the very bottom) and submit a request

Once you get your list of games you can always put them into their own category (I have one for "removed games") and then any time you wish to see the filtered list you can just check for games in that "collection" in your library.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
