Random games appearing in my Steam library! Hackers???

When i randomly get games that i did not bought, what does it means?
Am i hacked or is Valve/Steam behind this???

highjacked is when someone guesses your login... hacked is when they got you account with help of malware or trojan

no hacked is using ♥♥♥♥ like brute force (tries thousands of different passwords until it gets in or it doesnt) and when u get hijacked its in the sense theyve taken control of your pc without your knowing so using a trojan ect and i had to guess you've either downloaded something like free hacks and got a virus in return so id say use windows offline defender because it make the virus deactive making it detectable and if that doesnt work factory reset ur pc also if u it does find the virus defrag and optimize ur drives if that doesnt work idk

It helps if you actually post an example of what games are popping up to start with....

but brute force is 10000000000% a hack look up is brute force a hack and well idk whatll youll see but i've known it to be a hack for a decade i know pcs very well its my expertise infact and i assume you have knowledge also its just a very complex thing and u cant say a virus is a hack because its software that gets into ur system by someone downloading something therefore not logically a hack
