Hi i sended my steam card to random person how do i get it to a right person

Send it to their email address or just search up his or her name on the add a friends list.

I alredy sended it to someone it says like pick your friend so i picked and i wrote the Recipient's name and message and a signature and it says i send it to Recipient's name that i wrote it was just random letter cscscs and NezY and idk what to do help

Sorry, can't really help there but hopefully someone else can help.

The random letter stuff is a bug currently with the Steam servers.
So you definitely selected someone from your friend list.
If you selected the correct friend from the list it shows you, you dont need to worry.
It will get to him. Like i wrote, everyone only having numbers instead of a name is a bug with the servers at the moment.

Either the person you gifted to you deny the gift, or you have to talk to support about it. This is something you should be more aware on whom you're gifting to, even with trading, and such you just don't randomly select people, then send, just make sure whom you're sending to select the person you wanted to gift to in the 1st place, then send.

But The friend says he doesnt got nothing .

When you visit your history, you will see whom you gifted to, click on the name and it will take you to the person profile.

Assuming you meant gifting to someone by gifting via Steam system.

And not a code you got from your local retail.

When you had to select a friend from a list to send the gift card to, was it the correct name or was it numbers already? If you selected the correct friend there then he will get the card, no worry.
Does not matter if the name turned into numbers later, thats just the server bugging out but its still the correct user.

Just use a free image uploader to share your screens.
Also make sure they dont show any personal information like login name, real name, or payment information.
