How to fix "Scenesystem_002 error"

When I start clicking play Dota 2, there is this thing that pops out saying "CAppSystemDict::LoadSystemAndDependencies():
AppSystemDict: Error in Init() of interface 'Scenesystem_002'!

How to fix this

Then Verify integrity of game files, steam would download these files again.

Because you did not Clear Download cache and then verify game intergrity of files.
and whats the point in deleting those files then they get cache refreshed from server and verifyed, that same as double task a thing.

C/program fail 86/steam/steamapps/common/dota 2 beta/game/bin/ win 32 and win 64 /delete scenesysystem.dll and clear downloads from clear dowenload cache and got this eror gainy

After this i reinstal Dota2 and it also didnt help - same error

What can I do if i don't have ''win32'' folder?
I did all like you wrote but it didn't help. Is it becouse I dodn't have ''win32'' folder?

what i did and worked is unistal geforce and graphic drivers and reinstall and update both
