To answer your following questions there is no such thing as "pre-hack status" you have to manually put things back yourself.
For restore friends, to find your history on that there might be some luck, or not for 3rd party sites, they do not work for, nor are they own by Steam / Valve, they're a 3rd party site just so you know. You can try like Steamid.uk maybe they be some of help, or any other site that does profile history, and such best of luck.
