Help my account has been hacked !!!

My account has been hacked pls help im in it still through my pc but cant enter it my steam guard isnt working they have changed my phone number and email to a different one "[e-mail]" pls help i cannot contact steam support my account still is on my pc i can play games on it too but if i sign out im not getting back in the account so pls somebody help!!!!

Also, because this regularly comes up, you DO NOT need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked.

Change your Account password on a secure device, mobile phone for example.
