Cannot add videos or Link youtube channel

For years now I still cannot get this to work. Obviously others can do so but I can't find any info in forums as to how to do so and Steam support is of course no help at all. I must be missing something obvious as this shouldn't be such an issue for so long. I have seen no way to directly upload videos though steam and trying to link my youtube channel through the Steam video link always tells me it's unsecure and to use another source, but there is no other source option I've seen. Can someone shed some light on this for me please.

Use this to open steam in your chosen web browser then log into Steam using the same user account and password
https://store.steampowered.com/
Then open your profile at the top
Select Vidoes.
You will need to link a video from your youtube acount every time by logging into your YTB account via your steam profile >videos and that video must be uploaded first to youtube.

After your sucessfuly logged into youtube via Steam, then videos tick the video and the select the game from the list then apply. Its done.
Now go back to your profile >videos click on that video and below it is share it. Copy that URL paste into the discussion page of that game.

Thats the only way works same when creating a guide. The video must be a link.
Or you can save time and just share the video on your youtube page , under the youtube video is share copy that link paste into the discussion hub of that game.
I've done it 74 times and no problem ever.
So maybe you're not doing it right somehow?

I've never seen that store page before, so that's new. But I don't see any video option under my account at the top there, the only way I've seen to access the video page through steam is through the content submenu, wherein the same problems persist: Steams internal browser states insecure so unable to link & will not allow change to another browser. External browser attempting to log in to steam says I'm not me & cannot reset; Only blow-off, generic, un-helpful replies from Steam Support.

Hello,i was able to add my video's without any problem. What i did is to log in on my steam on the browser from my phone and from there i linked my YouTube video's easily. Before this i have tried many times on my computer to link my channel which unfortunately didn't work but on my phone surprisingly worked. I hope this can help!
