I have been blackmail and report spamming for accusation that i not do it
i been contact https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198367437624 and he ask me to sell some of my skin with a lot of money. I said its not for sale, several times he ask me i just ignore or give a reason im still using it. I said if u got a lot of money why not just bought it. He said he want exactly like my float and pattern. Since im not get what he want he start to using verbal word and threatening me with spam report. He said all my item / acc will be lost. That moment i just ignore it. Later on i opened csgo to play i saw my profiles are been restricted

Said like this :Your Steam Account is going to be fully restricted in 1 hour due to too many scam reports which you received lately. Purchasing, gifting, trading, cd-key activation, and Steam Community access will be disabled. We suggest you to move all of your tradable items to a different steam account until we resolve this issue or else they are going to be automatically permanently removed once the ban takes effect on your steam account. Thank you for using Steam!

I got panic then i try to transfer all my items to my another acc. Its disappear in midways. So some 1 can help me with my issue. Really appreciate it. Thanks
Btw i already submit report to steam while ago.

First off, secure your account and DO NOT trade anything else until you secure it.

1. Scan for malware with your antivirus.

2. Deauthorize all other devices: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

3. Change passwords from a safe computer.

4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App: https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

5. Revoke the API key: https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (If there's nothing to revoke, then you're fine)

---------------------

The items are pretty much lost at this point. All trades are final.
Personally I never encountered a trading scam but was almost involved in an account theft & gift card scam.

One thing I HIGHLY suggest is contacting Steam support and they should be able to reset your account for you.

As for your computer, like Brim said earlier, scan your computer for any viruses or malware.

All the protective steps can be done by the user. I'm not sure there's anything Support can do about this beyond what the user can do, except punishing the scamming account, if there's indeed proof of it somewhere.

EDIT: As for the trading scam, someone probably has access to parts of their account right now, either through the credentials or an API key.

Hm I'm thinking that they can remove or investigate the issue at least, or remove the ban. They helped me recover my account, maybe they can also stop the ban taking place

There is no ban.
Someone is on his account

There won't be a ban. It's all a bluff to scare the user into trading their items, so the scammer can trick the user into sending the items to another account, which is actually the scammer's account.

The damage is done. All he can do is protect the account, report the scammer and make sure it doesn't happen again. Live and learn, right?
thanks for tips .. i learn in hard ways..thanks again
