Das G920 wird nicht in der Logitech Gaming Software sowie im Logitech G HUB angezeigt

Hallo Community,ich habe folgendes Problem.Mein G920 habe ich an den Pc angeschlossen.Beim Starten des PC kalibriert sich das G920 zwar (Lenkt 1x komplett nach rechts und dann 1x komplett nach links).Nach Installation von Logitech Gaming Software und Logitech G HUB.Wird es mir nicht angezeigt.So das ich einige Einstellungen tätigen könnte.Ich kann das G 920 zwar in allen Spielen nutzen.Doch die Lenkung ist sehr schwer.Würde gerne die Feder niedriger setzten.Das funktioniert leider nur über die Logitech Gaming Software.Was kann ich machen,damit mir das Lenkrad in Logitech Gaming Software angezeigt wird? So das ich einige Einstellungen vornehmen kann?
Für eure Antworten bedanke ich mich jetzt schon mal.
