Purchase cancelled on credit card days after it was completed
So basically I bought a game and a "DLC" that gave me currency in-game 5 days ago. Suddenly, out of nowhere, both were refunded to my bank, as in, both orders were cancelled. I called the bank and they told me the issue lied with Steam, as they cannot cancel a purchase without the seller's (in this case Steam) request. However I did not request a refund nor did I cancel the purchase on Steam/with the bank(by claiming my credit card had been stolen, or something along those lines).
One of those games could've been refunded, as it's still a pre-order, however the other is DLC which gives me in-game currency that I've already spent (and it is non-refundable). As of now, my account is still fine, and I've already contacted Steam support, is there anything else I should do? Is my account at risk of being restricted? How long does it usually take for an account to get restricted after purchases are charged back? (I don't even know if this instance counts as chargeback, I'm assuming it does since I have the money and the products).
