How do I keep laptop charged while on airplane?

I'm planning to fly somewhere someday and I wish play some Steam games during flight. My current laptop is a standard Acer with a decent graphic card enough to run some indie or retro games.

Since most airlines have only 60 watts wall sockets onboard, how do I keep the laptop charging for at least 5-7 hours?

U can probably play those games with the integrated gpu, so it will eat less battery.
Also you can bring powerbank.

depends on budget, on your laptop and what does the airline allow

Buy another laptop battery and charge it up before leaving. Shut down and swap out mid flight. Probably a decent idea to have a spare battery around anyway since those traditionally have a shorter lifespan than other laptop components.

They probably won't allow you to pack any sizeable battery with you as you like, but that will depend on the airline. If you want to rely on a full charge for the entirety of the flight then consider less demanding alternatives than gaming like downloaded movies or videos. Books are priceless to speed up time too. E-books, even self-read ones exist as well if you still prefer the digital.

get a flight with as many layovers/stops as possible instead of a direct flight. then charge in all of the airports 😛
