Had to reset my pc, now I cant edit my map, not even find it
Ive tried the files and couldnt find it, I did make copies and ive looked and there isnt any of my maps there, just official maps

Where did you store the copies you made?

I stored it on a drive that was not my boot drive, I disconnected it before the reset, and sorry Unturned

When you put the drive back and connect it properly, is it reading the same drive letter as it used to? If you reset the computer entirely, did you make sure to update all the right drivers and such to make sure it FINDS the drive at all?

My drive is being detected and the correct letter is appearing, and the BIOS also shows the drive too

What *exactly* happens when you attempt to find it? Have you made another map to test whether it's saving correctly, in the right place, etc? The base game / tool may be unable to figure it out on being reinstalled. But yeah I think putting this in the game's hub too would be the best option, just in case. I don't have that game, can't really tell you what it might do, but that's the basics. good luck to you! mapping is hard!

I am able to open files and it has been saving correctly, I just don't know how to get it back

"Back" in what way? If you are able to open files, and it's not there, is it possible that there's a local save problem? This is where the specific community forum would be of more help, I'm afraid.

I was trying to retrive my file so I can work on it via Unturned, but I cant even find the file, I also copied the entire "steamapps" file before I rested it and have not found it

Are you positive that the file is stored in that location? Are other maps stored there? Why I say, make a new one, save it, see if that's actually the location. I know that a lot of games store side info in really odd places, like /user / roaming or /local for no apparent reason.

Maps are stored there, and ive tested that they get stored there, I don't know if there is a different spot were maps are stored
