Looking for old school Rampage knockoffs

I'm old. So I used to play games in an arcade. I loved the monster-destruction of the original Rampage, and I'm trying to find some good steam knockoffs, but I can't find any.

Unfortunately a lot of games have used rampage in their title, so it makes searching for clones problematic.

Any suggestions?

Iceira - I know about emulators, but I was hoping that someone had made some modern spiritual successors.

I checked out dr creep, but that is not what I'm looking for. I just want to knock over skyscrapers with a giant gorilla.

Found none on steam from my internets searches, which is why i asked here. It's looking like there are none on steam tho.

I also think you looking for something that has been change in the timeline of games , they went from platform to 3D or thirdperson view or isometric view , so the games are there you just dont think they are, plenty of games with smash beat them up, they just dont do platform view because all want 3D view.

and thats action games today. even diablo could be seen as such. but if you go back to that era , gamesyle was such and so many forgot how tired we was of them, so then games devs made something new it was a huge hit ( lotus ) or other car game , see my point here 3D view

you need to like strategic games like silent service or railroad tycoon to even see diffrent playstyle.

this is same as doom clone or look alikes ,
well anyway gl with it.
not sure you can find things like Rampage , it was one of the kind back then. same as Power monger and all the other games in the memory lane here.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately any game with an explosion in it can be called a "destruction game" apparently.

After going through that list there is only one game I found that even came close to looking like rampage but still isn't right: https://store.steampowered.com/app/525620/Octogeddon/
