Use both PayPal and Steam Wallet to purchase?
Can you purchase games using both your steam wallet and your Paypal? I've only got a little in my steam wallet but plenty in my Paypal.

Yes. Your wallet is usually set as standard payment method. If you dont have enough money in your wallet to cover the purchase at checkout, Steam will ask you to use a second payment method for the rest.
Then just use PayPal.
