Terraria fails to launch with no error report [POSSIBLE FIX]
Hi guys!

Just making this post to help, as I feel it might be the solution for a lot of people that are running into the same problem as I was.
If somehow you cannot run Terraria, despite having tried everything so far, and every time you try it simply does not launch without any type of error/message, this might just do the trick!!

In my case, after looking up for every video and every thread regarding this problem for weeks, I managed to find a solution, and it revolves around XNA Framework.
Probably some of you have thought about trying this solution, yet Windows has taken down the installer for XNA Framework, big bummer.
So here is a safe link I have managed to find for XNA Framework 4.0 after days of searching:
https://microsoft-xna-framework.en.softonic.com

Now, installing it might actually deal with your pesky problem, but for others, just like for me, you might run into this OTHER problem while installing it...
"Module C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\XNA\Framework\Shared\xna visualizer.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147024703 Contact your support personel"

If that is the case, worry not! I've actually found a workaround, and it goes as follows:
-Run the XNA Framework installer again (xnafx40_redist.exe) and this time choose REMOVE
-After removing, head to this folder --> C:\Windows\SysWOW64
-Once you are there, delete the following .dll file --> "msvcr100.dll"
-Now re-install XNA Framework 4.0 (Run as administrator, just in case)

I hope this can be helpful for you guys out there!
Peace out and stay safe :steamhappy:
