Connectivity Issues(not exclusive to Steam)

Hello,

for the past day or so every time I try to launch a game I get to the point where I'm trying to connect to the online service/ the games server(whatever it may be) then I immediately disconnect from the internet on my pc in the bottom right. I have no issues browsing or streaming, with the only issues being your typical issues such as buffering.

I have tried everything I can think of, updating/ checking for updates for my network cards drivers, my motherboards LAN drivers, making sure my windows updates are up to date, running Malwarebytes, CCleaner, glary utilities 5, avast antivirus software, manually configuring my DNS(tried several times and reverts back to the old settings)(the IPv6 DNS keeps resetting to ": :1" and the IPv4 is "127.0.0.2") I have also tried checking my steam library games' file integrity, of which there was no issue. I am in the progress of running "Malwarebytes rootkit"(update: came back with no issues) I have tried everything short of completely resetting my PC, If you have anything that may be helpful i would VERY much appreciate it,
