Screen flickering

Hello, I have an issue with screen flickering. If I am playing any game and alt+tab to an internet browser screen starts flickering. Can you help me to fix this issue? Thanks

There is many reason for this, Drivers to Not playing in quality mode and Sli card is not turn on after Driver update, and im sure you can have OC to pc doing other task sametime and take Resources away from app, ( this is specialy also know as Sun glare or flicker in some games, some even made it on purpose , you hurt your eyes then looking at SUN, not sure your game do that and its then you task out.

If this is just steam settings GPU acceleration enble, then its easy fixed but if this is card or game issue, then it dont mean other things cant cause this.

ps.

Google this can be hard , unless someone has discover other reason, but this was also there 5 to 10 years ago, im not even sure anyone has solved it. Lets see if other steam user has a comment on it.

dont get me wrong i solve my sli issue and Quality mode ( dark stone trigger this for me and total war shogun2 ) card's is dead and gone now, i dont have that issue anymore.
remember this was a sli issue, then 2 card work as one for me. and quality mode if you ise lesser then it can be seen in Darkstone

I am not using SLI. I did reinstall and this is happening for me now. So idk what to do with it

try role back Driver and Contact THAT GPU card support can be a good idea.

as you see very hard to ID

Ok. I got the new GPU, but this start happening after a few weeks. In game I dont see flickering, only if I have minimalised game and going through internet browser I see flickering. If I close game it is not flickering. Thats a lot weird

You can try advance install with clean install then check box is there.

check OC , do not have turbo ram or other BIOS boost , its like you dont have CPU cycle enough to handle multi task issue.

you can try Full performan in Power scematic, i bet if youfollow this post , you will know this, and i have stopped with it , reason is userown problem for not use max power on own hardware.

and if you notice i never ask you about GPU model nr , so do you even have game requirement or do you barely have it, modded game and so on.

you might want throw in steam system information, and game name, things you should have added in topic , you will notice we are mnay that are tired dragging information out of ppl.

again you can have done all correctly , try safe boot mode. ewhat if AV app drag you down to whatever other app might cause interference ( spotify or whatever )
