"DMCA takedown notice"

I've some questions about DMCA takedown notice.
After getting the email, how much time I must wait to posting another guides?

No, but this person copied a gif from another site and pretended to be the ''legitim owner''

The gif is from another person who has a website and his albums creations, the guy who reported me published the guide time ago and pretended to be the owner.

I wrote in the guide the source of gif and him not.

You can still get DMCA strikes if the actual owner files a DMCA strike against you or whoever used the pictures on the web.

Only use pictures on stuff you created.

Ok but he isn't the owner. I read in the email that if i make a complain, I've to enter my details and also must confirm that is possible for me having penal problems or such.

i'm just a little afraid about that, but I can confirm that he copied a gif by an artist

That's not what Blaze said. Are YOU the owner or is someone else entirely?

you even copied the "rate and fav" gif... and ask for awards.

only the last guide that steam banned me is from an artist

Downloading and uploading images from someone else without asking for permission is basically stealing.

Usually, you have some time to do this. I am not sure what happens if you do not do anything. I suppose, then there is a chance the guide will be removed.
I don't think it will affect your guide posting permissions.
Maybe if you make a lot of customizations to the image, it becomes less of a problem? Like, if they can no longer easily recognize it from the original image.
