"Error: There was an error saving your showcase configuration. Please try again later"

Hello everyone!

For over a week now i cant change anything related to the "Featured Showcase" tab on the profil editing interface, i always get the message "Error: There was an error saving your showcase configuration. Please try again later".

Does anyone also have this issue/knows how to fix it? The support steam cant help.

Here are some additional informations:
- It doesn't work on browser and phone either.
- General, avatar, profile background, mini profile, theme, featured badge and favorite group do work.

What showcases have you tried?

Can you also try removing all of your existing one and select <no showcase>?

I tried all of them and non worked.

I also just tried to <no showcase> and it still doesnt work.

I got the same problem. Have had it for a while.

I tried removing a showcase and saving - displayed this error: Error: There was an error saving your showcase configuration. Please try again later. Then I tried updating my screenshot showcase - it displayed the same error. I also tried changing up my text showcase and that didn't work either - same error. I wish Steam developers would fix this :(

I should have posted this suggestion a long time ago, but can you guys try big picture mode and see if you get the same issues?

Ok so turns out i tried removing ALL showcases and then it somehow saved after I clicked it like 8 times. Then when I started customizing the showcases it was displaying the same error but then I tried customizing the showcases 1 by one making small changes and saving every small change I made and that worked. Weird. Steam better update this cause its so damn buggy!!
