Click ADD A GAME in your client then Add a Non-Steam Game... then select the apps that you want to add. You might have to manually go look for it, which is also possible with this.

Try this? There's a section on enabling it in the settings menu that might work. It can be a bit finicky on none steam games and sometimes it just doesn't work.
