I would like to buy EA Play for 20 days from https://store.steampowered.com/subscriptions/ea and I would like to ask: Can I cancel after 20 days and i will not lose any more money, just about 0.90 usd for for the first month?

You can't buy fractions of a month, you'll be charged 0.99 usd for a whole month, just make sure you cancel before the end of the month.

It doesn't affect the cancellation. I should quote a better FAQ point.

If you cancel your membership prior to your next monthly or annual billing date, you won't be charged for the following month or year. You'll be able to continue to play games, use your discount and jump into any available trials until your membership expires.

Sure. When you buy a month of EA Play, you get access to the games for one month from when you purchase it. If you don't cancel it, it will renew for another month (at the 4.99/month rate). If you cancel it, you'll lose access to the games exactly one month after you purchased it.
