Way to play Metal Gear Rising on Steam if I'm from Southeast Asia?

Want to play the game once more here on my pc with Steam. But it's region locked in SEA. Any tips? I know there's a dedicated steam discussion for the game, but I'm asking here to see if the greater community will have some valid ways for me to do this without getting banned or something.

The developer does not release the game in most Asian countries like Brunei, Bhutan, China, Hong Kong SAR China, Indonesia, Japan, Cambodia, North Korea, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Macau SAR China, Maldives, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam Only some Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Laos

If its just not released in your region you can simply buy a worldwide Steam key for it and activate it.
Got a bunch of games that are not available here in Germany like that over the years.

Its a different story if the game is geolocked so activation does not work but thats very rare.

I know it's been more than a couple of years, but I'm here to confirm that this title is sadly one of those rare cases.
