I was considering to buy Poker night At the inventory key...
I know i can loose money by blindly buying key from resell market but, not about that, if i would actually get the key, and it worked, would i still be able to download the game from Steam, or the game is basically gone from the servers and there is no way of installing it? And second Question, can Promo items for TF2 still be awarded for getting the Achievements in the game?

Something like e-bay but Polish, also they have a system where if you pay but won't receive the product they just give you the money back,
