Somebody changed my account email.
I cannot enter into my account. Somebody entered into my account and changed the email. The account has always been on a gmail adress and now it says it belongs to a mail.ru. I still know the password to the account, it didn't change yet. I had steam guard turned on on my phone but it's useless as when I try to log in it asks for mail confirmation. I tried to search for my account by phone number, there is no account associated to it. The gmail my steam was linked to, now doesn't have any of the mails that steam sent me, but I know it's that mail (1. because it has always been 2. I have mails from origin and twitch where they mention my steam account when I linked it). Note that I haven't got any account with the domain mail.ru.

Steam guard is just another key. If you give you house keys to a stranger they can enter your home and do what they want. Same goes for you password and guard codes. Give them out to strangers and they have access to the account. For Steam accounts that usually happens by users trying to login on dodgy phishing sites promising free stuff, gambling and trading.

Once you have full access back and have secured the account stop using dodgy sites.
There should have been an email about email change. To lock the account.

If you did not get it, make sure your email account is not accessed by someone as well

You already have a thread which has told you everything you need to do https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/1/3175575850988772886/

I honestly don't know why you've created another one.

dude, I did that 15 times. It's useless. All it does is it sends a confirmation email to the mail.ru address, which is not mine.

READ the damn guide. 15 times my ass. You're not following the guide you are just jumping through various steps and NOT doing them. Accounts with changed email eaddresses and phone numbers can be reclaimed using the guide. Nothing we users can do to give you your account back. YOU have to follow the guide.

If you can't follow the step by step instructions nothing we say will help you.

Logout of all accounts then follow the guide

Step 5: "I no longer have access to this email address"

Next, Steam will ask if you want to reset your password by sending verification code to your email address.

Assuming that the hijacker has changed your email address (which happens a lot), click on "I no longer have access to this email address".
