Steam Disk Write Error - Witcher 3

Hello guys ;)
I've tried to download Witcher 3 then this happened : ,,an error occured while updating witcher 3 (disk write error)"
I tried this
- restart steam, restart pc
- run as administrator
- steam folder - read only unchecked
- redownload (i've removed files through steam)

*It stopped after 32th GB, at first and second time when i tried to download it.
*Other games are ,,downloadable"
*Disk condition is good

Please help, i really wanna play as monster hunter - THE WITCHEEEERRRRR <3

Check the Steam and/or Witcher folder is not set to read only. If it is remove the Read only status and try again.

PROBLEM SOLVED !
If you've got same problem and reading this:
1) check disk condition
2) run as administrator
3) remove game, then try to download game again
4) turn off anti-virus

How many times shall we tell you steam user this, learn to make allow rules. turn things off is not okay anymore. that is seen as last option, not first.(you need to be experts in security, you solve the things the wrong way.

ps.
Just so you get it, Security app is not a steam issue or game devs issue , thats your problem.
