Again password = worthless because Steam support staff can't see it and any hijacker could say they don't know it.
If you can't provide any of the proofs required, like username, your SOL.

Logout of the account and go here. Enter you username (account name not profile name) then follow the steps

Pretty sure you'd first need to KNOW what account. If you can't identify the account no proof that may or may not be valid means anything.
You have to follow the steps until you reach a point where no step as helped you solve it yourself and then and only then can you create a ticket.
