There two types of Soundtracks for sale, there DLC's and standalone Soundtrack to download, the difference is that the DLC you have to download the game in order to get the OST, the standalone Soundtrack can be bought alone and can be downloaded alone without the owning the game, and without downloading the game.

Example of DLC, as you notice DLCs have Purple banners.
