DayZ Steam Workshop "Something went wrong. Steam error code: 16, Error code:1, Error message: TIMEOUT"

I read the "Update & Installation Issues FAQ" and did everything that is written. (Except reinstalling Steam)
None of this helped in solving the problem.

It is my Steam account that affects this. (On another PC from my account, the same error).
But if you go from another account, then there is no error and the mod is perfectly placed in the DayZ Steam Workshop.

10 days ago everything worked fine and the mod was hosted and updated. Now I have tried everything, but the error is always.
I already deleted my mod, tried to re-post it, but it was from this account that the error ...

There is no solution to the problem now.
Support doesn't help.
