And thats is a common know problem "MSVCP140.dll"
i dont need crash log to even ID it. MS VC++ issue 2015 to 2019 i think it was ( google it ). you can find many post with this and its stiill a EA/Origin support issue.

just so you get it i have now 3 copy in my windows system, MS is a JOKE here

i cant be the only one that scrates my head here. and 3 other with more names added in name at surfix. lets hope they know what they are doing. ( or is this game install that force update so you get all those 3 verion even that is seen before.

besure you have steam common redistributable files installed from tool section.

Either steam screw this up or MS do. ( then i said steam its also game devs as it was in the old days ) if steam knew , how much trouble this is, i bet they will never made it under tool sections
and now game devs can say not our problem.

if you have 64bit then you install both 32 and 64 veraion, do not use ARM64 they are new for diffrent pc.

and please take all this crap with you to own game forum. because it belong to there. and typical a EA/Origin game issue. Origin forum is flooded with it. with angry gamer's issue that cant get game to work.

and steam moderator should move all topic to that game forum. not because i say so

but because you said sim's 4 and MSVCP140.dll, this should even be posted there.

ahh sorry , we assume alot things here, all have basic skill and know what they are doing , and the minute we talk to them like that other get angry , its not so easy to help.

and im pretty sure you got more help from that post if you even get it, but in the end its EA that has support to that game.

PC do require some understanding, its not MAC or PS or xbox
