Download and Update Error Problem

i have try many solution to fix the download problem (Disk Write Error, Disk Read Error and Corrupt Disk) ,i not good at pc im just a normal gamer. i have try change region ,clear cache, verify file , repair folder , check hard disk, delect error file, delect the downloading file, network check, move to another hard disk, firewall, virus, restart pc, reinstall steam and reinstall the game. Most the game i download have more than 10gb like Resident evil 8, Dota 2, Apex and Left 4 Dead 2 it with get pause when downloading if i resume the same the error with jump out the next min and i have try before the game to 99% still dont let me install the file. Even i download Genshin Impact, Apex in Origin and utorrent download also with show me error download but i can download the small size game like Metal Slug and CARRION my pc have enough space for the game no have network problem so far oly the small file no have any problem

Free storage space. ? anything below 200 to 250gb free space is seen to be a problem with 50 GB dl unpacking and install or patch, this dont ruleout scan from AV app in top of this.

And check disk is a windows tool, i doubt its this.

Only Antivirus app is left , you cant write a blocked content = disk write error, its a bad explanation but not then you look at from a tech point of view, its in the qurantine antivirus folder maybe.

And many have forgot games has double it size last 4 years, old advice from zip age was 3 to5 in unpacking size , so nothing has change, and yet they did , comprssion ratio is even better today way better then zip-archive. ( so if you sit there with 2TB or 4TB disk that is seen as tiny today.

it look like steam has no comment on it, or should we say user own problem if you have room enough to install it or update its full content.
