Guides not showing on my other account?
I play lots of dota. I have one account where I play exclusively solo, and an other (roughly the same rank) where I play with friends. I make guides on one account, publish them and find them on the other account so I can use them on both. This worked, but now it comes up with an error: No matching files were found for [account name]. Is there any work around for this?

I had this some time earlier, except I don't have alternative accounts, but it was resolved after one or two weeks automatically. How long do you have this issue?

If this is the same case, you would still be able to find your guide at the guide hub, by searching for it. Or by searching through the list of guides, simply by looking through the list. Because it should still be accessible from there. Except not directly from the profile. At least, if this is the same situation.

Hello, thanks for the reply. I have been having this issue for maybe 2-3 weeks as of now. I'm not sure if this is the 'guide hub' you were talking about, but I went onto the game and went on guides. No results come up, only a message saying "Be the first to create a guide".

I would assume this means either the whole games guides are bugged out, or there is something wrong with my account.

*Just realised guides don't show for R6 Siege either*

I assume this means my account is the problem.

Have you tried deleting the browser cache?

Settings > Web Browser > Delete cache

I have tried this, along with clearing cookies, to no avail : (
