Can't play with controller
When I enter any game on steam, my controller simply starts auto clicking and I can't solve it. I tried playing A Hat In Time, Cuphead, Donut County, Hollow Knight and Little Nightmares, and they all were glitchy. I have an Switch Pro Controller. Any help? (sorry for bad english)

So, I have some new info:

My Pro Controller used to turn a blue light around the home button when i entered games before, but now it doesn't.

It auto closes some games like Outer Wilds.

It works perfectly fine on the switch, but it doesn't on the pc. (Please help, I really want to play with the controller!)

I think this is enough:
View > Settings > Controller > General Controller Settings.
Enable Nintendo Configuration Support.

If still issues check that Steam Input is enabled for the game (by default they follow the global setting from Controller Settings):
Right-click the game in Steam Library > Properties > Controller. Set Steam Input Override to default or forced on.

(If you connect via BT it shouldn't have the auto inputs even if Nintendo Config Support is disabled.)

Enabling Nintendo Configuration Support fixed it, thank you!
