Steam took money from my bank acc for a steam wallet refund
I took dated screenshots but they have taken $49.00 and added it to my wallet which means they double charged me putting my account in overdraft, then took another $99 after another refund request then refunded $143 to my account. So I'm left with only $83 after the refund could anyone help get this sorted?

That means YOU told it to place the refund there.

You need to figure it out, contact support again. They didn't 'take' from your bank, if you refunded a product that had already been purchased, they merely moved that money into your steam wallet at your request, instead of your bank at your request.

Sorry I didn't explain it properly I bought a game for 49.99 and another game for 143 with a VISA card

-I requested the $49.99 be refunded to my wallet ( so why take ANOTHER $50 from my bank, now I've paid $100 because they took 50 when i originally bought it out of my account

-the second refund is just lower because they removed $50 twice from my account and then removed $99 before putting $143 back

They removed money from my account, I can prove it through banking screenshots and purchases not matching

What does your purchase history say?

The transactions are done one at a time. They're not splitting them up, your bank might be delaying refunds (all banks delay any refund for as long as humanly possible this isn't on Steam). First the purchases, then any refunds.

This is between you and your bank and steam support if you want the wallet funds to be in your bank instead.
