Define layout option not showing

I'm using a PS5 controller and want to change my buttons using the define layout option, but it's not there where it should be for me. Help

Im thinking they removed it because Ive tried loads of stuff to get it back but its just not there

Welp I was wrong I tried alot of things and did finally get it working. I did an update to windows through the back door. I had a few other issues with the OS so I decided to do it anyway. It was a driver issue I guess. To do what I did just get the Windows 10 update assistant. Follow the steps and when youre done you may have to set up a few things again when youre done. Depending on everything you have setup. For me it was Voicemeeter Banana that got all messed up. Anyways its all working again and I am happy now.

Nice. I didn't manage to get the layout thing to show, but if you go to big picture mode and select a game and before starting it there's an option called 'controller configuration' which is the same thing as define layout but for a specific game
