Top right corner of the page, click the arrow to right of your profile name.
From the drop-down menu click "Account Details".
Store & Purchase History > Add funds to your Steam Wallet > (on the right side- Your Steam Account) Redeem a Steam Gift card or Wallet Code > type the Wallet Code into the text box.
