Help me with "pending balance"
Sorry I never really refunded a game before so I don't really know what "pending balance" means. Do pending balance means that you can use your money after 24 hours or after 24 hours the money disappears or the money go to your steam wallet?

Alright, this is actually not the first time I refunded a game. But last time I refunded a game, there is a misunderstanding that made me think that after 24 hours my money just disappear and gone forever. But now I understand. Thank You once more!
