i cant sell or trade my items even though i have steam mobile authenticator

i've had steam mobile authenticator for a long time and i was able to trade without any holds but now when i try to trade or sell any item this stupid thing telling me that i need to have the mobile authenticator on even though i do, i tried to remove the authenticator and make a new one but steam locked my trading and everything for 15 days, this is not the first time it happend to me, its really annoying and it doesnt make any sense, please help. thank you :) <3

Now that you removed it and added it again, you have to wait 15 days.

Stop removing SteamGuard from your account.
Not sure why you thought that would help in any way.
Removing the app would have only caused a 7 day cooldown. Which still wouldn't have been necessary.

Then why when i tried to trade before removing the steamguard, it didnt allow me to? I mean i had it on and as I've heard that if you had the steamguard on you wouldn't get any trade holds.

As we don't know the exact error message we can only blindly guess.

SteamGuard must be active for at least 15 full consecutive days for trades or market listings with a hold.
Steam Mobile Authenticator must be active for at least 7 full consecutive days not to have holds.

And both users must have it for no holds on trades.
