Still the resolution problem
I live in 640x480 resolution now, 1 moth ago just changed and blocked in that value of resolution. I don't know what to do, already uninstalled controlers and all about video/screen and reinstalled. Doesn't worked. I can't play the games that i used to :c the life in 640x480 is hard, no one thinks about us, the 640x480 gamers. The resolution some days changes to the normal one, randomly. I understand nothing :'c

First, update your monitor and graphics drivers.

Sry for the delay D: The drivers aren't the problem. Already updated that many times and still the same thing. Also if there was a problem with drivers i wouldn't even see the normal resolution, but some days it just happens for one day, before back to 600x400.

use steam help then system information, copy paste here
to avoid OP lack of spec and confirm spec.

we dont know what going on here. but that was know as driver issue 600*400 its 2 decads ago that was used, and sense then its know as things dont work then i go back to that resolutions. as last hope as default, if we can call it that, even seen 800*600 as lowest on other GPU Card.

are you even sure you use a 3D card and its not IGRP Card that it use as mistake.

Even my old as fornication integrated videochip that isn't even officially supported in Windows 10 is able to pull of FullHD.
Even with the Microsoft Basic Render driver i easily get a higher resolution than OP, which is very basic and pretty much only a stopgap to get something better.

Laptop or Desktop
on Desktop follow the cable from monitor to extension slot , i doubt they have onboard Nvidia card or AMD card on Desktop board yet , but who know's someday multi card as we see fit.

Do you use the internal display of your laptop, or a monitor connected to it? It does show conflicting information:
Primary Display Size: 6.65" x 5.00" (8.31" diag)
16.9cm x 12.7cm (21.1cm diag)

connected to CPU you mean?
Cathulhu Jun 25, 2021 @ 8:01am
Is it a desktop computer or a portable laptop?
What monitor do you have?
How is it connected? VGA, DVI, HDMI or DisplayPort.
In case you don't know or are unsure, this is how they look:
