Failure Code: 15
I was working on a community guide to publish and made a lot of progress. Randomly, it stopped allowing me to save changes. Any time I click ‘save’, I get “Failure Code: 15” popup. I’ve tried restarting Steam, my computer, getting on the webpage instead of the client...nothing has worked and the error persists. Please help.

Contact steam support and put in a help request. That’s the only way I was able to get around this issue. They had to reset something on their end.

In fact I contacted steam support and they solved my problem, maybe if you do the same, the support will give you a solution

support won’t help you (at least it didnt help me at all) so it looks like waiting is the only solution :steambored:

@ Jeremias, I contacted steam support and they were not able to help. Can you please tell us the truth about how you fixed the issue?

It is possible the code encompasses more than one type of error. In my case, steam support advised the issue was on their end and they were able to fix it. For you and other users, it may be something else or a local issue with the client. If steam support can’t help, I don’t know who can.
